Liturgy

As if transcendental black metal wasn’t revelatory enough, the absence of Liturgy’s drummer brought in a new element of drum n bass with the addition of the drum machine, whose programming and syncing to the live players without any consistent tempo still amazes me. When the rain ended and the sun came out I truly did feel a little bit of transcendence as I proceeded to stop worrying about my dead and soaked phone.
